Founded in Brussels, HotZeg is a small family-run artisan saucery that puts fresh fruits and vegetables at the heart of every recipe. Each sauce was developed for over a year and a half to reach true flavour harmony.
HotZeg is, above all, a story of transmission.
Born into a family of independent thinkers passionate about gastronomy, hosting and entrepreneurship, the urge to create my own sauces became obvious in 2023 — first imagined for my close ones and myself… before sharing them with a wider audience.
And so HotZeg was born.
We grow a large share of our own chillies in a fully organic way, with the goal of reaching 100 % in-house production.
We favour short supply chains, local products and collaborations with neighbouring producers. We believe in real handcraft, in sincere artisan work, far from any industrial standard.
Every sauce is imagined, tested, adjusted and validated as a family.
